The celebration will begin with a reception, followed by the religious ceremony, and conclude with dinner and an evening of celebration — all at Casa Timiș.

17:00 – Restaurant Entrance and start of the open bar
18:00 – Starters: Duck pate with mango sauce - Shrimp cream - Tuna tartare - Bresaola with mozzarella - Focaccia
19:30 – Fish Course: Dorada fillet with cherry tomatoes, baby spinach, and oregano oil
21:00 – Intermediate Course: Risotto with mushrooms and truffles
22:30 – Main Course: Veal medallion with mashed potatoes and green pepper sauce
During the breaks, we’ll fill the time with live music and dancing

The location is about 1hr drive from Bucharest.
We have reserved rooms at Casa Timiș for our guests at a special rate, which includes breakfast and spa access. If you would like to stay, please let us know by February 28th.
